Vint Cerf earned his B.S., at Stanford University, earned his M.S., at University of California, Los Angeles, and earned his Ph.D., at University of California, Los Angeles. Vint Cerf is the co-designer of TCP/IP protocols on the internet as well as being the Vice President and Chief Internet Evangelist at Google.
